Ultimate Staffing is hiring Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Specialists to represent our client at St. Louis-area home improvement stores. You'll be sparking conversations, creating interest in HVAC services, and making someone's day-without selling!

?? Schedule: * 9 AM-3 PM * Tues-Sat (minimum 3 days per week) * Flexible scheduling & no nights!

? What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage customers at your booth * Start friendly conversations-no technical knowledge needed * Introduce HVAC service options (no selling!) * Collect customer info for follow-up * Keep materials stocked and your booth looking great * Represent the brand with positivity and professionalism

?? Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED * Friendly, outgoing, approachable * Valid driver's license + dependable transportation * Comfortable standing most of the shift * Professional appearance and customer service mindset
